Jack Casement
For are first meeting we are in for a treat from a master of digital
imaging. Jack will bring us a vast range of knowledge all given
with his usual wit and charm. He will also delight us with some
fun images produced solely from his own imagination, and mark
me there are ‘no bones’ about it.

We welcome Fiona who has travelled from Ringwood. Fiona is one
of the county’s outstanding child photographers. Her work
has graced many exhibitions and she is a highly sought after commercial
photographer. It is an honour to have such a famous photographer
at the club for this special night.

for many years. A long time member of the London Salon, he has
a distinctive style well recognised in photographic circles. It
is a delight to have him show his stunning photography at the
club for the first time.

We welcome our speaker from Tonbridge C.C. on his first visit
to the club. Tonight he will show a selection of his Cuban images
including prints and slides. Mervyn’s reputation as a great
photographer has grown quickly in recent years and we are fortunate
to be his superb photography at Molesey. Mervyn recently had a
selection of his Cuban work published in Practical Photography
magazine.

Photographic Alliance of Great Britain Annual Inter Federation
Slides
A chance to see some of the best images gathered from clubs all
around the United Kingdom. The annual Photographic Alliance of
Great Britain Inter Federation Slide Exhibition draws entries
from all the Federation in the Alliance and this showing gives
the club a chance to see a selection of images regarded as the
best of a very large entry.

“The Magic of the Microscope”
Ven Dodge APAGB
Tonight we are in for a treat from the master of the microscope.
Ven will show us the wonderful world of true close up photography.
His talk will explain how it is done and then delight us with
images we could not imagine exist. This is a special lecture,
which Ven is only giving to a few clubs and we are delighted that
Molesey is one of the chosen few.

We are privileged tonight to welcome one of the country’s
leading natural history photographers. Bert who hails from Dorset
will give us two talks demonstrating his skill as a photographer
as well as his passion for the natural world. The first will take
a close look at the nature beneath our feet and the second will
show the winter on the Isle of Purbeck, the area where Bert lives.

with traditional monochrome darkroom work and leading to digital
print making. The evening will be completed with a look at the
superb set of prints that gained Roger a fellowship of the Royal
Photographic Society.

in many circles.
